| Description: | Operating principle: Materials enter sand making machine (sand maker/sand producer) through the feeder hopper and are divided into two parts by distributor through which one part goes into the impeller rotating at high speed and is accelerated rapidly and then thrown out from the impeller’s three equispaced passageways. In the course of the falling process, this part of materials impacts with the other part around distributor. After that, they are together to strike the liner of votex crushing cavity fiercely and rebound slantly to the top of it and then move downward. Finally, materials thrown out from the votex cavity form successive falling scene like waterfall. In fact, materials in the votex crushing cavity are subjected to collision, friction, grinding and crush for two or more times. In the end, materials crushed are discharged from the underneath drain. During the whole crushing process, materials have no direct contact with metal components, but strike the liner directly and have strong friction with it, so there is just a little pollution. Moreover, airflow in votex cavity is self-circulation, which gets rid of dust pollution. | |
